The SINA website operates since the 2nd of April 2013. The SINA Health Team aims with this website to fill a gap in the Performance Based Financing (PBF) community by reviewing topics in health reforms, providing updates on PBF country experiences and by announcing PBF courses and posting course reports. The most recent version of the PBF course manuals in french and english can be downloaded from this website.
