Description: The Kyrgyzstan PBF program, supported by the Health Results Innovation Trust Fund (HRITF) with a project budget of US$ 11 million USD (2014-2017), only includes secondary health facilities and focuses solely on the quality of care. The Kyrgyz Health Results-Based Financing project comprises two interlinked pilot interventions to reduce Kyrgyzstan’s persistently high maternal and neonatal death rates.
