Yet this requires advocacy and political will.<\/p>\n<p>Madagascar just started PBF and could \u00a0benefit from a more pure form of PBF with a larger\u00a0per capita budget, a larger package to be subsidised and to include the hospital level.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1892\" style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sina-health.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pulling-in-th-esame-direction-e1404157999527.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1892\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1892 \" src=\"http:\/\/www.sina-health.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pulling-in-th-esame-direction-e1404157999527.jpg\" alt=\"Are we pulling in the same direction?\" width=\"350\" height=\"289\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1892\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Are we all pulling in the same direction?<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Burundi was the most advanced country in PBF present during the course and this helps the participants from other countries to learn.<\/p>\n<p>In Central African Republic the main question is how to maintain the achievement of PBF also during the crisis that started in March 2013.<\/p>\n<p>In DRC it will be important to advance to performance financing instead of all kind of input models and monopolistic supply of drugs in this huge country where only decentralisation and market forces can solve distribution problems.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1894\" style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sina-health.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Courageous-PBF-participant-with-Python-e1404157949922.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1894\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1894 \" src=\"http:\/\/www.sina-health.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Courageous-PBF-participant-with-Python-e1404157949922.jpg\" alt=\"Courageous PBF participant with Python\" width=\"350\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1894\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Courageous PBF participant with Python in Widah<\/p><\/div>\n<p>One of the main ideas of\u00a0this course was also to think outside the box with innovative solutions for problems to emerge.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At June 27th, 2014 the 37th PBF course ended in Cotonou, Benin.
